The end
Leaving a legacy is something that many of us strive for, but what does it really mean? Is it about building something tangible that will last long after we're gone?
Or is it about the impact we have on the people and world around us?
It's easy to get caught up in the idea of leaving a grand legacy - a building named after us, a book with our name on it, a company we founded. But in reality, these things often fade with time, or are only remembered by a select few.
Perhaps the most lasting legacy we can leave is the impact we have on others.
The memories we create, the relationships we build, the lessons we teach. These things can't be measured in dollars or square footage, but they can have a profound impact on those around us.
Think about the people in your life who have had a lasting impact on you.
It's likely not the ones with the most accolades or material possessions, but rather the ones who showed you kindness, taught you something valuable, or simply made you feel loved.
Leaving a legacy doesn't have to be about achieving something grand or monumental. It's about the small things we do every day - the way we treat others, the way we live our lives, the way we show up in the world.
These are the things that can leave a lasting impact long after we're gone
